To download the program "NIS-Elements F" for Windows, a HASP key ID is required in order to obtain the password. If you have only the disc of the program, you will need to contact the software provider or the manufacturer to obtain the necessary HASP key ID.
We are have updated a pathology PC to Windows 7. Will this version of NIS-Elements F (scope camera) still be compatible or do we need to load something new?

Yes, it's compatible with Windows 7, but it will work only with Windows 7 x86 (32bit). There is no support for 64bit for F versions as specified on the official website of the developers.
